Passing of a Brother

WB Dave Humphries passed to the celestial lodge on January 20th 2013. He was a Past Master of this Lodge, and his smile will be sorely missed. His service will be Saturday January 26th 2013 at 1100 at the Cavalry Lutheran Church in Stayton, OR.

Lodge Of Terror 2012

Lodge of Terror inaugural night tomorrow starting @ 7 pm!!! It is very important: WE NEED BROTHERS to show up tomorrow! We need people in the front and back. Final preps will start @ 5pm!!!

Summerfest

Santiam Lodge will be doing Child ID during the festivities of Summerfest on the 28th of July. The bretheren of Santiam Lodge are invited to help out. We will be setting up in the Lodge building @ 8 am and starting at 9 am.

2012 Stayton 4th of July Parade

2012 was the inaugural year for the Santiam #25 Parade float, and we had some excellent support from the brethren. Though we did not place in the parade, I think we all had fun, and will do it again next year!

Pearl Lodge “Old Time Lodge”

Had a wonderful night at Pearl, it was also the Grand Master of Masons in Oregon’s first visit in that position. Santiam Lodge would also like to congratulate W.Bro. Willard Scott for his 50 year committment, and wish him many more years with his brothers!

This Saturday the 9th, Brothers from Santiam lodge are going to be joining our neighbors for their “Old Time Lodge”. Bib overalls and red kerchiefs will be the accepted duds! Be there, or don’t be a square!

Passing of a Brother.

WB Lloyd Tomlin; Past Master of Mill City lodge #180, and Life member of Santiam Lodge pasted away recently. His service will be held at Newport Lodge on Saturday, May 5 at 5pm.

March 19 Communication

Had a wonderful meeting tonight! Bro John Halbrenner came to Lodge after an extended hiatus, it sure was good to see him. It was also the official visit of our District Deputy, Duncan Tucker. Just as a reminder we will be having a dinner before each meeting, so come and enjoy some good food, and great fellowship!

Monday March 19th we will be having dinner at 6:30 pm. Ladies are invited, $5 dollars a head. The 19th is also the date for the official visiit of Duncan Tucker, District Deputy for District 11.
